Video
My YouTube channel covers performances in the studio and live in various styles, original composition, and cover materiel.
I’m finding video to be an increasingly important part of how I develop. Think about it; When you get dressed you look in the mirror. Why wouldn’t you do that while practising and performing? Video allows you to put the guitar down and really study how you are approaching the instrument. This can give you a brand new perspective in which to analyse problem areas.

Current Projects
Improv
My current project is exploring improvisation in different musical styles.
Each week I’ll be attempting to improvise over a new style. I find this to be a crucial way to step out of my comfort zone, and a great way to create inspiration.
I’ll be documenting the process on my YouTube channel and trying to give some insight into how recording what you do, and being honest with yourself can help you develop as guitarist. I’ll also be covering my approach to practising, and how this is influencing my own practise time.
Axiom
My heart and sole goes into my band Axiom which is a ‘prog/post/I hate genres’ three piece with a single purpose: To make music we love, and to push ourselves as musicians.
Almost two years in the making we’re gearing up to start taking the project out live, before knuckling down and recording an E.P.
Axiom is where I push myself constantly, and is ‘music for musics sake’. It’s platform from which I can explore creativity with no boundaries or fears, and gives me an opportunity to explore anything and everything new I learn.
